SSRI “New Year, New Me”

1st of January 2022, the date that SSR and SRHI have merged to Simsport Racing International (SSRI). With the merger many topics a lot of things had to be arranged, one of them being the website. The website being our business card in attracting new drivers, but also to inform our members about events and to help them improve their skills.

Device friendly
We partnered up with Jackey at https://www.melisgs.nl/ who helped us build the new website. We wanted a website that could be used on all devices, had a fresh look, feel and user experience and last but certainly not least it would have to be futureproof. Today marks the launch of the new website, currently the “practice and championship tracker” are still being developed. Big thanks goes out to Sem Spenkelink and Ron IJzereef who have invested countless hours of programming to the tracker. The trackers purpose is so our community members can practice and compare their times to others, this so they can see in what sector they can improve.

Event Calendar
Furthermore we have added an event calendar, in the event calendar you can see all planned championships. Where possible we have also added a “Learn More” button, where you can directly subscribe to the event or championship. And the events can be added to your personal agenda by pressing the “ICS link”.

Your opinion counts!
We are very happy with how the website turned out, again big thanks go out to all that have been involved in the process. If you have any feedback, remarks or questions about the website please contact us using the contact form. Alternatively you can send one of the admins a DM on our discord channels.
